Chris - Sep 11, 2011 - Patience paid off. Thanks to Jenny Baier, we now have the vehicle we have been searching for for more than a year. We needed to upgrade our Toyota 4Runner to something that would pull a heavier trailer. Jenny listened to our needs and kept us informed on incentives that came in. When we finally reached the point that we were ready to deal, Jenny found an extra incentive that another dealership did not tell us about. She also worked very hard to locate the exact Tahoe we were looking for, in another state even. When the Tahoe came in she patiently walked us through all of the features. While I normally hate shopping for cars, Jenny and Apple Chevrolet made this a pleasurable experience. Finally, I would be remiss to not mention that Jenny never used pressure to gain the sale.
Section_1 - Sep 10, 2011 - Best service at a dealer, or anywhere else! I was lucky enough to get Tony Wendling as my service adviser this week, and I had the best experience I have ever had at a car service center. Detail will make this too long to read, so in short, I took my 2009 Cobalt SS in for some service and to address some complex issues. I went in ready for a fight, as a couple of my issues were ambiguous and after doing a lot of research I learned that warranty coverage on performance cars can be subjective at a lot of dealers and a lot of people I found with one of my main issues were told they were just out of luck . Tony quickly understood my issues, and told me he would advocate for me to get my repairs covered under warranty. One of My issues was needing new pads and rotors for my rear brakes. "Brakes are not covered" you may say, but there was premature wear, so on and so on all the stuff I thought I would have to argue and fight with about Tony advocated for me and took care of. The last dealer I showed my torn rear rotors to, told me ... This is getting too long, so the last important point I will make, is I was updated in through out the process, and my calls were returned within a few minutes. michmurp - Sep 9, 2011 - Thank you Ken Lavigne! You are the BEST! We came in thinking Traverse, maybe Equinox, maybe Impala but maybe Tahoe. You patiently took us through each of these great Chevy vehicles explaining fuel mileage, features, comfort and safety. A Traverse then a Tahoe was promptly made available to test drive. Options for financing, recommendations for seal jet. Each step to buying our new vehicle easily explained with time for us to think about our best choice. Our Mocha Steel Tahoe came home last night - We Love It - Safe, Sharp and cool features - Thank you again!
