Drive your vehicle into the Service Department through the West side overhead door. If the door is closed, sound your horn and remain in your car. Due to the number of vehicles ahead of you, there may be a short delay before the door opens.

Talk To Us. The service advisors are here to listen and assist you. The better you explain the vehicle's problem, the better they can communicate your needs to the technician.

You Will Receive An Estimate For The Cost Of All Services.

Please Remember Your Service Consultant's Name. Ask for his/her business card and speak directly to your service consultant whenever possible.

Waiting Customers. Apple Chevrolet has a comfortable waiting lounge with a TV. If your intention is to wait for your vehicle, please inform your service consultant.

Service Completion Time. You are given an estimated completion time when you drop off your vehicle. Keep in mind, this is our best estimate at that time. Please call before coming in to pick up your vehicle.
